Sawtelle Sake is a sake brewery proudly founded in Los Angeles. All of the products we share are made by our own hands using the finest local ingredients available by season. Koji is the essential foundation of all sake and we make a variety of koji-based products including sake, amazake and other fun things. Our goal is to celebrate koji by sharing new forms and creations into our local market.
