A curated flight through our current lineup, paired with artisan cheese.

1.) Northern Lights (8% ABV) — Local red shiso, Junmai. Seasonal and only available here. Paired with sheep gouda.

2.) Clear Skies (16% ABV) — Flagship craft California sake. Nama Junmai Genshu, unpasteurized, lightly milled and undiluted. Paired with cow gouda.

3.) Super Nova (8% ABV) — Raw Japanese yuzu, Junmai. Paired with goat cheddar.
